We are a little over four months away from our first 5K. The foundation has been gaining a lot of momentum over the past few months. We recently acquired the attention of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine. They are conducting a study geared towards autism and the effects of the neurexin 1 gene. This study is futhering the understanding behind autism and the effects of a neurexin 1 deletion. UPenn School of Medicine is promoting our event on their website and they continue to do great things to aid in understanding the effects of both autism and a neurexin one deletion. We continue to promote the website, Braelyn’s story, and our cause. As we draw closer towards the date, we hope we are able to become a big impact in our community. Thanks for all of the support.
